1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradeBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
TradeBook is a product of Blackmere Capital Management Ltd (T/A BCM Technologies). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
TradeBook is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
- Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
- Pricing: Our current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through the dashboard.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BCM Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
